Located about 50 minutes north of the resort in North Myrtle Beach, Aberdeen was designed by Tom Jackson and opened in 1990, when it was nominated as America's best new course for 1990 by Golf Digest magazine. It has three nine hole layouts that can play as long as 6,865 yards off the championship tees, and a proliferance of sand and water make the course one of the most challenging on the Grand Strand. |
